Anyone who plans to be on-site for Kabbalat Shabbat Services must register using this form. You can register up to 5 people using this form. Please note that proof of vaccination is required among those who are 12 and older. You will receive a response receipt email once you complete the form. A friendly reminder email will be sent to you from the temple on Friday afternoon a few hours prior to services.

Cold Weather Update

During the colder evenings, Shabbat services will take place in Rosove Chapel with the courtyard doors open. Please dress accordingly.

**Masks are optional for vaccinated individuals when out in the courtyard. Masks are required at all times when indoors. Services will be held in the Goodman Courtyard.
